Cookie policy · Plain English

Cookies, explained.

What cookies we use, why we use them, how to opt out.

What cookies are

Cookies are tiny text files websites store on your device to remember things between visits. Most of the web uses them.

What we use

indiagram_session — A random token (e.g. "ind_a7f3k9m2...") that identifies your anonymous session. It's how we save your chats without asking you to sign up. Expires after 90 days of inactivity. We need this to make the site work.

Google AdSense cookies — When you see ads on the site, Google sets cookies to manage ad delivery and limit how often you see the same ad. These are set by Google, not us. Google's ad policy is here.

What we don't use

We don't use analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Hotjar). We don't use marketing cookies. We don't use third-party tracking. The only cookies on the site are the session one (necessary) and AdSense ones (advertising).

How to control them

You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will end your current anonymous session — you'll start fresh on your next visit and your previous chats won't be accessible.

To opt out of personalized ads, visit Google's Ad Settings. You'll still see ads on the site, but they won't be tailored to you.
