What we collect
Your email, an optional WhatsApp number, the public link you want promoted, your order details, your UPI transaction reference (UTR), and basic technical data such as IP address for security and fraud prevention. If you enquire about website development, we also collect your name, business name, phone number, website brief, existing site link if provided, and any logo or brand file you upload. If you use Priya to create a website draft, we process the brief and revision instructions you send.
Why

Retention
Order and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting. You can ask us to delete your account data that is not needed for those records.
