1. General Policy

At Indiagram.in, we strive to deliver every order with the highest quality and on time. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds or credits in specific circumstances described below.

2. Eligible for Refund

  • Order was not delivered within 7 days of payment confirmation.
  • A technical error on our end caused the order to fail completely and a refill is not possible.
  • Duplicate payment was charged for the same order.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

  • Order has already been partially or fully delivered.
  • You provided incorrect account details (e.g., wrong Instagram username).
  • Your account was private or restricted at the time of order, preventing delivery.
  • Follower/like drop after the 30-day refill window has expired.
  • Change of mind after order placement.

4. Refill Guarantee

For services marked with a refill guarantee, if your count drops within the stated period (30 or 365 days), we will refill the dropped amount free of charge. Refill requests must be submitted via our support channel.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@indiagram.in or via WhatsApp within 7 days of your order date. Include your Order ID and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original UPI ID used for payment within 5–7 business days.
