For services marked with a refill guarantee, if your count drops within the stated period (30 or 365 days), we will refill the dropped amount free of charge. Refill requests must be submitted via our support channel.
Contact us at support@indiagram.in or via WhatsApp within 7 days of your order date. Include your Order ID and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original UPI ID used for payment within 5ā7 business days.
