Refund Policy

At SITE, we operate on a foundation of digital authority and transparent delivery. Our Maverick Matrix ensures every boost is executed as purchased. If our systems fail to deliver your specific service payload, you are eligible for a structured reversal.

Authorized Reversals

Operational refunds are triggered under the following fulfillment criteria:

• Fulfillment node fails to initiate within the service timeframe.
• Final delivery quantity does not match the verified purchase order.
• Critical infrastructure failure prevents total order execution.

Non-Refundable Nodes

Due to external platform variables and algorithm constraints, refunds are not processed if:

• Incorrect username, handle, or target link provided by user.
• Account transitioned to Private during active deployment.
• Username or profile link modified while an order is active.
• Order verified as 100% completed by our delivery logs.

Partial Deliveries

In the event of a partial delivery caused by a platform update or algorithm shift, our system automatically calculates the discrepancy. You will only be charged for the verified growth delivered; the remaining balance will be credited or refunded.
