Partial or failed delivery. If an order cannot be completed, credit is returned to your Indiagram.in wallet for reuse. Closing your account? Remaining balance can be refunded to the original UPI source where regulations allow — we do not force you to spend wallet credit.
Disputes. After a successful UPI payment, filing a bank dispute or chargeback without contacting support first may lead to order cancellation and removal of delivered followers, likes or views. Fraudulent payments result in permanent account closure.
Timing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Orders still processing within 24 hours of the estimate are not refundable for speed alone. Beyond that window, open a ticket at contact us — approved refunds typically settle in 4–5 working days back to your UPI account.
