How Indiagram collects, uses, and protects information.
What we collect
- Email address and optional phone / WhatsApp for order updates
- Public social media URLs you submit for fulfillment
- Order notes, payment preference, and support messages
- Basic server logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention
What we do not collect
- Passwords or app authentication codes
- Private messages from your social accounts
How we use data
- Fulfill orders and send payment / delivery updates
- Provide customer support
- Prevent fraud and bot abuse on free / ₹1 trials
- Improve site reliability (aggregated analytics if enabled)
Storage
Order and contact requests are stored as secured files or email on the hosting server. Access is limited to operators who process orders. Keep orders/ non-public via server config (see .htaccess).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with payment processors you choose (UPI/PayTM/card/crypto providers) solely to complete payment, or if required by law.
Your rights
Email support@indiagram.in to request access or deletion of order records where feasible and not required for fraud prevention or legal retention.
