By accessing or using Indiagram, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. About Indiagram
Indiagram is a SMM panel that enables individuals and businesses to grow their social media presence instantly.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By using Indiagram, you represent that you are a natural person (not a bot or automated system unless explicitly authorised), and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
3. Prohibited Content
You must not post or submit content that:
- Is false, fabricated, or deliberately misleading (disinformation).
- Incites violence, communal hatred, or discrimination on any grounds.
- Violates any individual's privacy without consent, including non-consensual intimate images.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Constitutes criminal defamation under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
- Violates the IT Act, 2000, IT Rules 2021, or any other applicable Indian law.
- Is obscene, pornographic, or harmful to minors.
- Threatens, harasses, or intimidates any person.
- Impersonates any individual, organisation, or public official.
4. Service Standards
Indiagram provides social media growth services. Do not submit false order information or attempt to abuse the platform. Orders are processed in good faith based on the information you provide.
5. Anonymity and Identity
Anonymity is a feature, not a shield for illegal activity. While we protect sources, we will comply with valid legal orders requiring disclosure. Anonymous users remain legally responsible for content they submit under Indian law.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant Indiagram a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and share your content on the platform and in aggregate, anonymised public interest datasets.
7. Trust and Moderation
Indiagram uses a trust-level system (L0–L5). We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or flag any content that violates these terms or is flagged by the community. Accounts may be suspended or banned for violations. Moderation decisions may be appealed by contacting moderation@indiagram.in.
8. Disclaimer
Indiagram does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content. Content on this platform represents the views of individual contributors and not of Indiagram. We make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose of any content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indiagram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any content on it.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
