If your order has not started within 24 hours of payment, you're entitled to a 100% refund. Just reach out and we'll return the full amount to your original UPI source.
If an order is only partially delivered (for example, 600 of 1,000 followers arrive and delivery stalls), we refund the undelivered portion on a pro-rata basis. You only pay for what was actually delivered.
Once a service has been fully delivered, it cannot be refunded. Social engagement (followers, views, likes, etc.) cannot be "returned" or reversed once it has been added to your profile, so completed orders are final.
Entered the wrong profile/post link? Contact support immediately. If we catch it before delivery starts, we'll correct the link or issue a full refund. If delivery has already begun against the wrong link, a refund may not be possible — so please double-check your link before paying.
Approved refunds are issued to the original UPI source used for payment, normally within 5–7 business days. We do not issue refunds to a different account, wallet, or payment method.
Once approved, refunds reach your original UPI source within 5–7 business days. Most are faster, but bank/UPI processing times are outside our control.
