Do Social Media Services Need Your Password?
Indiagram orders need only a public link, never your login. Learn what details are safe and how to respond if someone asks for your password or code.

What should I provide instead of a password?
Provide the public link for the profile, post, video, or other target named by the service. Choose the service and quantity on the order page, then use the order details requested at checkout.
Indiagram's FAQ says no account is needed to place an order and that the service uses a public link. If you are not sure which link to use, see which Instagram link to use or open the service catalog and read the service details.
| Safe order detail | Keep private |
|---|---|
| Public profile or content link | Social account password |
| Service and quantity you selected | One-time login or verification code |
| Order code and checkout email for tracking | Backup or recovery codes |
| Payment reference requested by the checkout | Password reset link or recovery access |
A public link points to the item you want the service to act on. It is not the same as granting someone access to your account.
Why does the order need a public link?
The link identifies the target for the order. It lets you specify which profile or piece of content you selected without handing over your login.
The account or content may need to stay public while delivery is in progress. Indiagram's FAQ says private accounts and deleted posts cannot receive delivery. Check the target and the service notes before paying.
If the content is private for a reason, do not change that setting just to satisfy a request from an unknown person. First confirm the service requirements and decide whether you are comfortable making the target public.
How can I check a request is genuine?
Do not trust a request just because it uses a company name or order number. Go to the site yourself using its known address and contact support from there.
- Do not click a login link sent by an unexpected account or number.
- Do not send your password or verification code to someone who contacted you first.
- Open the store's support page directly if you need help with an order.
- Share only the order information needed to locate the request.
If someone claims to represent Indiagram and asks for your social media password, stop responding and contact support through the official page. The site's FAQ says it does not ask for your password.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give Indiagram my Instagram password?
No. The site says it needs the public link to the target, not your Instagram password.
Can a growth service use my one-time login code?
Do not send a verification code to a person asking for it. Use codes only in the official sign-in flow you started.
What link should I submit?
Use the public profile or content link that matches the service you selected. Read the service notes if you are unsure of the target.
Can I use a private account for an order?
Indiagram's FAQ says the account or content must remain public until the order completes. Review that requirement before checkout.
What if someone says my order will fail unless I share my password?
Do not share it. Check your order using the official Track page and contact support from the site if needed.
What if I already shared my password?
Change it through the platform's official app or website, end unfamiliar sessions, and turn on two-factor authentication if available. Use the platform's recovery process if you are locked out.
Bottom line
A public link is enough for an Indiagram order. Your password and verification codes stay private. If an order needs attention, use the official support page rather than sending account credentials to a person.
