What each order status means
Awaiting payment, payment review, in progress, completed, partially delivered, canceled and refunded explained.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | The order is created; we are waiting for your UPI payment. |
| Payment review | You entered a UTR; we are matching it with the payment. |
| Pending / Processing | Payment confirmed; the order is queued to start. |
| In progress | Delivery has started. |
| Completed | The full quantity was delivered. |
| Partially delivered | Only part could be delivered; the rest is refunded in proportion. See Partial delivery and refunds. |
| Canceled | The order did not go ahead (for example it was never paid). |
| Refunded | Money has been returned for this order. |
Unpaid orders are canceled automatically after a few days.
