Partial delivery and refunds
If only part of an order is delivered, the undelivered part is refunded in proportion to the quantity not delivered.
Sometimes a service can only deliver part of an order. When that happens the order ends as Partially delivered and you get back the share you did not receive.
- Account holders: the refund goes to your INDIAGRAM wallet, ready for your next order.
- Guest orders: contact Support with your order code and we arrange the refund.
Other refund cases
- Order could not start after your payment was confirmed: full refund to your UPI account, or to your wallet if you prefer.
- Paid twice, or paid without an order: send us the UTR through Support and we refund it.
