Can it speak Hindi?

Yes. It can answer in Indian English or Hindi and switch when the caller does. Regional languages are possible on request.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

For a WhatsApp agent, yes. We set up the official WhatsApp Business API on your number (or a new one) as part of the setup. Meta charges its own small per conversation fees, which we pass on at cost with no markup.

How long does it take to go live?

Most voice receptionist builds go live in 7 to 10 working days: one call to learn your business, a first version trained on your content, a test week with your team, then launch.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Hosting, the AI usage for normal volumes, updates to its knowledge when your prices or products change, a monthly report and support from our team on WhatsApp.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans run month to month after the first 3 months. The setup fee is not refundable once the build has started.
