Which agent should I start with?
If most enquiries come on WhatsApp, start with the WhatsApp sales agent. If your website gets visitors who leave without calling, the website chat agent. If you miss calls, the voice receptionist. We recommend one on the demo call.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
For a WhatsApp agent, yes. We set up the official WhatsApp Business API on your number (or a new one) as part of the setup. Meta charges its own small per conversation fees, which we pass on at cost with no markup.
How long does it take to go live?
Most agent builds go live in 7 to 10 working days: one call to learn your business, a first version trained on your content, a test week with your team, then launch.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, the AI usage for normal volumes, updates to its knowledge when your prices or products change, a monthly report and support from our team on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans run month to month after the first 3 months. The setup fee is not refundable once the build has started.
