The UTR (also called UPI Ref No or UPI transaction ID) is a 12 digit number that identifies your payment.
How to find it
- Open your payments app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or your bank app).
- Open your payment history and tap the payment to SOCIALSTARDOM.
- Look for UPI Ref No, UPI transaction ID or UTR. Copy the 12 digits.
Then
Paste it on the payment page for your order. We match it with the bank credit and start your order.
Tip: do not type a made up number. A UTR that does not match a real payment can lead to the order being canceled.
