Refund policy summary
Full refund if an order cannot start; proportional refund for partial delivery; no refund for wrong or private links; drops are covered by refills, not refunds.
A plain summary of our Refund policy:
- Order could not start after payment was confirmed: full refund to your UPI account, or to your wallet if you prefer.
- Partially delivered: the undelivered part is refunded in proportion.
- Wrong, deleted or private link: the order may complete as delivered and cannot be refunded. Check the link before paying.
- Drops after delivery: covered only for Refill services, within the refill window, by a refill rather than a refund.
- Paid twice or paid without an order: send us the UTR and we refund it.
