What is a refill and how do I get one?
Services marked Refill are topped up if counts drop within the refill window (30 days on our main followers service). Ask through Support with your order code.
Some services include a refill: if the count drops within the refill window, we top it back up at no cost.
- The refill window is shown on each service (for example 30-day refill). Our main paid Instagram followers service includes a 30-day refill.
- Services marked No refill or Can drop have no protection against drops.
How to ask for a refill
- Note your order code.
- Open Support, choose Count dropped, and add your order code.
- We check the order and send the refill.
