Making videos people actually watch

Watch time is what you control. Hook in the first second with movement, a bold line of text or the end result. Cut every pause. Shorter videos that people finish often do better than long ones they skip halfway through, so match the length to how much you have to say.

Use captions and on screen text for people with sound off, reply to comments with video replies, and post in series so viewers come back for part two. Study your own Analytics: if one hook style keeps people watching longer, use it again.

When paid views make sense

If you have a launch video, an ad creative or a collab and you want it to show a stronger play count, the paid packs further down are bigger, paid by UPI QR, and include refill on services that say so. Views raise the counter. They do not guarantee watch time, followers or a spot on the For You page, and no honest service can promise those.

A sensible way to use views is on a video you already believe in, such as one whose watch time in Analytics is better than your usual. Putting views on a weak video only gives you a bigger number on content that people still skip.
