| Term | Meaning |

| UTR | The 12 digit UPI reference number of your payment. |
| Order code | Your order's reference, like IG-7F3K9Q. Use it to track and get support. |
| Start count | The count on your profile or post when delivery started. |
| Refill | A free top-up if the count drops within the refill window. |
| Refill window | How long refills are covered, for example 30 days. |
| Drop | A decrease after delivery, caused by platform clean-ups. |
| Partial | Only part of the order was delivered; the rest is refunded in proportion. |
| Public link | A profile, post or video anyone can open without logging in. |
| Wallet | Your INDIAGRAM balance for one tap orders and refunds. |
| Pack | A ready-made quantity with a fixed price. |
| Per 1,000 | The price for 1,000 units of a service. |
